As we become more mindful of our breath, the next step is to focus on being aware of our body.
One way to do this is by paying attention to how we walk – just being mindful of it. Isn't it amazing to be fully present in this process?

Day 3: 3-2-1 Focus Your Energy
This is going to be an interesting one to implement! I'm having to be really disciplined myself!
It is hugely beneficial to cut out the noise, so you can hear HS guidance. When there is too much external chatter and distraction, it is impossible to hear what HS has to say - because it can be subtle.

Trataka, a form of meditation where you keep your eyes open and focus on an object, such as the flame of a candle.
When you focus on the flame you can open your third eye chakra, and also help improve concentration and memory.

I find this is a great practice to still the Monkey- Mind!
So if you have a mind full of chatter that is jumping all over the place, creating a daily practice to still those thoughts, is going to support you in slowing everything down so you can create that deeper connection to your Higher Self.

This helps the Nervous System regulate and settle, so that we don't spring backwards - we make this expanded place our new set point, from which we can spring off from when we continue on our expansion journey, WHEN we allow ourselves to rest and allow things to become part of us.
